Yes, but awnings can be heavy and contain very powerful springs which can be dangerous if not handled with great care. The installation of an awning should not be considered unless you are experienced at a more sophisticated levels of DIY. You should also read the manuals thoroughly and study the installation videos before starting.

No all our awnings are made to measure.
The minimum size of an awning in 2 meters and the maximum size is 7mtrs. If you need an awning wider than 7 meters, please call us to discuss.
The maximum projection awnings can come out is 4meters, but this is governed by various factors, for example, you could not have an awning projecting out 4 meters when the width is 2.2 meters as the folding arms would not be able to close.
Always ensure there is sufficient headroom and that any doors or windows can open fully when the awning is fully extended. 20cm clearance above door frames is recommended. The recommended installation height is between 2.5m – 3.5m

If you have to close the awning while its raining and windy at the same time then you need to open it at your earliest opportunity to day.
If you mist closing the awning before frost or snow then awning cover must be cleared before closing it and opened at the earliest opportunity to dry.
As standard our awning framework is in white, for a premium, the framework can be powder coated to various colours, to match the fabric, walls etc, we use RAL colours.
It’s down to your preference, for the manual awning, you use a winder handle to bring the awning in and out, whilst you have a remote control with the motorised option. It also depends on your budget, tastes, and automation comfort level.
Yes, but we highly recommend to use specialist installer to do the job as you might hurt yourseld and damage the awning, as well as you lose the warrantee.
The motors use 3 amp plugs and a standard mains supply will be fine.
Absolutely not, 3pin plug or spur is a must.
With proper use and care, you can expect your awning to last a very long time. Woven acrylic fabrics should not fade for five years with 1% to 2% fading per year thereafter. Replacement fabric can be provided at any time.

Yes you can. We manufacture the awnings in our factory in the UK and have sufficient stock of parts on shelf if required.
Once agreed We will manufacture your awnings from our factory in the UK, and in most cases you would see your awning fitted within 14 working days.
